women in defense
Had the terrific opportunity on Friday to photograph the Women in Defense golf outing over at Cherry Creek. It was hot and humid and we got some rain, too, but everybody was a trooper and a great time was had. I want to thank Women In Defense for the gig and for everything that they do!

single image HDR wackiness
Just playing around with single-image HDR. It's your typical over-the-top HDR and not the better, more subtler way, but I pushed it intentionally, just to see what sort of range with in the actual file.
In LR3, I cranked up the recovery, the fill, the black, and the clarity and Bob's your Uncle. Have to try a real HDR soon with multiple, bracketed exposures.
