I believe what I did on this image (I don't always track all my steps)... was use the Nik Color Efex Pro 2 filter "color stylizer" to get the hint of sepia into it. Then I desaturated around the family and applied a vignette.
Lately I've been doing most of post in Lightroom, but there are still a few things PS does better.
